I personally experienced this situation and on my own had implemented some of the practices that was suggested by ChatGPT. However, I did notice there was one practice which was suggested, and I was not aware of it. This was a learning for me. Additionally, the prompt exercise was done to validate my behaviour and actions.

I have actually used a prompt similar to this to address how to respond to a difficult situation with a government client. AI's response and guidance were spot on and very respectable and professional. The client has been much easier to communicate and negotiable with lately.

I have actually used a prompt similar to this to address how to respond to a difficult situation with a government client. AI's response and guidance were spot on and very respectable and professional. The client has been much easier to communicate and negotiable with lately.
