Tips on how to use the PMBOK

When I am instructing project management, I typically advise colleagues to view the PMBOK as an encyclopedic resource for project management best practices, where they can go to learn about best practices in project management whenever they have a doubt.

 Do you have any specific techniques or additional resources you use to maximize the PMBOK's value?"

Well, it is important to point out that this book is merely a guide - to the body of knowledge that is permanently evolving and cannot be documented in one book.

Knowledge might be controversial, and there is no absolute truth. Some knowledge cannot even be put on paper but has to be experienced and learned by practice.

Thanks Thomas that remembers me about the Explicit knowledge and Tacit knowledge. The tacit knowledge is the most challenging to share. It's crucial to find ways to tap into that knowledge. Thank you for your input.
