Does anyone have a project status that lets you know the project is ready to bill even though there is internal documentation left to do

I have a couple of projects where the work is complete, but because it is a new process, my engineer is working on documentation. Is there a project status I can add that makes sense and will notify billing they can invoice?

Project Statuses to be considered:

Completed (Pending Documentation): This status clearly indicates that the actual work has been completed, but final documentation is still required. This is a clear signal to the billing team that they can begin preparing the invoice, although it may not be the full amount.
In Final Review: If the documentation is almost ready and only a final review is needed, this status may be more accurate. It indicates that the project is nearly complete and invoicing may be about to be issued.
Ready to Invoice: This is a very direct and concise status. Once the documentation is finalized and approved, you can change the project status to "Ready to Invoice" to give the invoicing team a clear signal that they can proceed.
