Technology advances at an enormously accelerated pace, and new mechanisms must be taken into account to be used in organizations and companies.  ¿What is your best strategy to address these rapid technological changes? ¿Do you prefer to maintain certain past technologies that you consider to function adequately for your business, or do you have a politic of change, incursioning in any new technology that appears, replacing old ones?

My best strategy is to always stay ahead of the curve by doing continuous professional development, and familiarize myself with the different technologies emerging and this will allow me to stay up to speed, make informed decisions with regards to adopting new technologies and put a solid business case for the same.

Whether it is individuals or companies, it is advisable to keep an eye on what's coming, and take an experimentation approach to test whether these innovations will make a tangible difference in value realization or not. Only once there is sufficient evidence that the innovation is sustainable, has crossed the chasm and can be adopted effectively at scale should it be rolled out as such unless one (or a company) is interested in being an early adopter.

Kiron, it is an excellent idea to previously experiment with new technologies before taking the step of implementing them in a company, industry, or organization.

Veronica,

hybrid approach that combines maintaining reliable existing technologies with selectively adopting new innovations is often the most effective strategy. This approach allows you to leverage the stability of proven systems while continuously improving and staying competitive with new advancements.

An individual (or a company) need to Invest in R&D to explore new technologies and assess their potential impact on your business.
Set up small pilot projects to test new technologies before a full-scale rollout

Simple: apply agile as it was defined in 1991. It was defined like a top-down approach based on enterprise architecture. In 1998 the PMI published an article I wrote called "The LEGO Metaphor : agile in organizations". If apply agile as it was defined then you create an enterprise architecture that will able to "reconfigure everything" without impact.
