How can my course be accepted for 35 hours of project management education, even though I am not an authorized training partner?

You don't need to be an ATP for your course to be accepted. As long as you're qualified to give PM courses and your course is Project Management focused then this should be fine and if they ask any of your students for proof, you can provide certificate of completion.

As Rami has indicated, PMI does not require training courses to only come from ATPs. However, if your course is a PMP prep course (and not just a general or non-certification related PM course), PMI may audit it to ensure it covers the ECO and is of good quality.

Thank you for clarifying. I'm interested in learning how to initiate the audit process to ensure my 35-hour project management certificates for PMP are accepted. As a freelance trainer, I want to issue these certificates to my students with clarity.
Or would you suggest issuing certificates to students and then waiting for an audit selection? However, I'm concerned that this approach might negatively impact my credibility if there's a rejection.

Unfortunately I don't believe there is a way for a non-ATP organization to get their PMP prep course vetted by PMI. However, if you are offering courses which are NOT PMP prep courses, those are unlikely to come under much scrutiny so long as there is a proper course curriculum and students are provided proof of completion.

For PMP prep courses (other than those offered by ATPs using PMI's materials) the only option is to have students submit those in their application and, if audited, get feedback then.

Excellent, Kiron! Thank you! Do you know how to submit our course if there is an audit from PMI? Should we submit all our courses to PMI or any high-level details?
