When it comes to innovative projects or any where there is a high degree of uncertainty, I would suggest investigating Disciplined Agile.

Excellent point, but how can we formulate a business case that accounts for the inherent uncertainty in innovation, technology, and research projects?



What the community sugest about measurable KPIs and parameters to quantify uncertainty in innovation, technology, and research projects?
