The impact of AI on project management tools...and potential threats. ahmed ely Mustapha Educator/Trainer| AHMED ELY Mustapha TUNIS, 11, Tunisia The integration of AI into project management tools will certainly  allows project managers to focus more on strategic decision-making and less on routine administrative tasks, ultimately improving project outcomes and efficiency... But threats are expected ...The integration of AI in project management tools would present several threats (e.g  data privacy and security risks, over-dependence on technology leading to a decline in critical thinking...etc.) ...So how to deal with these potential  issues?
