responsibilities of a client manager vs a project manager

Which are the responsilbilities of a Client Manager vs those of a Project Manager?

When I've seen the former term, it usually is an Account Management type of responsibility rather than a delivery one which is what a Project Manager is usually responsible for. A Client Manager might be a stakeholder on multiple projects affecting a single client whereas a PM might only manage a single project for a given client.
