Hi Maria,
The publications team is currently working on 2 more AI publications. The first will be another guide focusing on project professionals adopting AI: What are the areas of concern? How to do due diligence? etc. This guide should be released in Q1 2025.

The second is The Standard for AI in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management. This will be a longer-form book (similar in format to our other Standards and Practice Guides) that will discuss issues like governance, legalities, etc for project professionals using AI. The content is being developed and reviewed by volunteer SMEs and will probably be available in Q4 2025 or early 2026.
Hi, Julie.
It is great to hear about 2 AI publications next year. Looking forward

Unfortunatelly there are big mistakes inside the guide. For example, in "Categories of Ai". Once again, like made with agile, the PMI is contributing to the general confusion. I am really sad about that. The problem is this type of things jeopardizes the work of people like me and others that are working with AI from long time ago. But mainly, is jeopardizing things about the credibility the whole market has on PMI.  Why the PMI do not take the right way? And this is not because I am saying that, just the PMI need to go to the sources that are there from 1945 or before.  I am thinking to publish this on linkedin to open a general wide debate. Just to learn if I am wrong from lot of people comments. Please let me just my last recommendation to my debate mates: take a look and understand what AI really is.
Thank you Sergio bringing this topic up. Yes, I would like to learn more from you, your perspective- from what 'AI' really is: May be it is about inviting other members or non-members with a different background/perspective (global ); so we can see/learn from both Project /Program Management perspective and professionals from Technology /foundations/fundamentals of what 'Generative AI' really is about etc and Project Management perspective) Thank you Sergio Rodrigues and Julie Hardison for this discussion. Looking fwd to learning more on this topic.
