I'm planning to cover an overview of AI (what it is, what are some common models), along with some time to discuss the broader landscape of how AI is being integrated into healthcare IT (at least by policy-makers), plus time to break down prompt engineering with a specific focus on healthcare IT-related jobs.
I will have time for live Q&A at the end of the session, but am hoping to find a few questions in advance via this thread. If you're curious about anything related to AI and/or healthcare IT, please drop your questions in this thread, and I will do my best to answer them in my presentation on October 22nd (which of course will be recorded and available here in the content library). Hi! I'm excited to view your webinar, and although I'm in a different industry, I'm very curious to know more about the models being used and if there are efforts to create custom models towards specialized data sets or knowledge bases. And any challenges - either technical, regulatory, or from a security standpoint. Thanks!

Hello! I would like to know, if this course is oriented for people (like me) starting in this field. Im a physician, doing some certifications in PM, and studying Data Science.. i would be attending because im really interested. My 2nd question would be, if there is some of the knowledge i have for my first career (medicine) that could be usefull in healthcare it. I think that every knoledge is usefull, but maybe, according to your experience, there are some points that can be an extra factor in this field. I hope i made myself clear (english is my 2nd language). Thanks very much for the time. Looking foward to the webinar

Hi Maria, I have no prerequisites for this webinar, and am presenting with the assumption that some people who attend will know either nothing or very little about AI, but are somehow connected to the field of healthcare IT (or have a very strong interest in it). It is absolutely appropriate for someone who is just entering the healthcare IT field.
Regarding your background in medicine, I think that you certainly have a great background for going into healthcare IT. Being a physician, and understanding what physicians need from their computer applications, or hardware, or whatever the technology may be would be a very helpful perspective to bring into the IT world!
