How can the Project Management and manager validate the final document / report?

The PM is accountable for the successful communication, collaboration and to ensure the appropriate and accurate delivery of documents / packages are submitted, and given that AI facilitates turnaround time ( fast / speed to achieve innovation):
a). What are the best approaches and tools available to the PM?
b) How can the PM validate the final content provided by AI?

AI is a board term. We are using AI in portfolio/program/project management from more than 40 years ago. If you are talking about generative AI you have lot of tools from chatGPT to PMI´s Infinity which is a customized tool. While in all AI the key component is "human in the loop" in the case of generative AI you have consistence and thrust testing using the own generative AI tools.

Sergio, I'd like to complement your response by reiterating that Gen AI is a tool/resource. It's not the Answer. It can provide a range of ideas to explore, but humans on the final decision because Gen AI does not take in account any contextual aspects.

I like the Templates presented on the ProjectManagement.com website.
To validate document delivery, my team hosts document parties (we try to treat them as dinner and a movie.  The doc review is led by who owns the information, e.g. Engineering, Contracting, etc?  The owning party is responsible for previewing and setting the stage.  We even have trivia prizes where we offer treats to folks who can answer questions about the doc.

The PM may rely on retrospectives and lessons learnt ceremonies to gather the prepare and submit adequate documentations. He/She may choose any of the Interpersonal/Team skills found to be effective
