¿What software do you prefer for requirements management?  ¿What software functionalities do you consider that are indispensable?

Personally, I enjoy using Microsoft Project, especially the Kanban board. However, I believe the most important thing is to use the tools you are familiar with and that maximize your productivity.

Depends on the context for the project including the delivery approach (e.g. predictive vs adaptive), regulatory requirements, company policies and a number of other factors.

A key capability regardless of the approach is to enable traceability from high-level business objectives down to low-level requirements.
