What is the password in a document?

I am trying to read and highlight words on my copy of the handbook for the pgmp but is locked with a password although I tried with my pmi account password and id is not working does anyone know which password it is or how do I reset that one I already reset my account password twice and still not able to edit

Hello, You can download the PMBOK 8th edition guide and then Right Click to OPEN WITH the downloaded file with "Google Chrome" and should work. Tried for myself and it worked.

Also seems to work when using your native PDF reader (windows, right click, open with) I'm using foxit.
