With Halloween just around the corner, could you share what situation in Project Management scares you the most?
For me, it's a stakeholder rejecting a deliverable and refusing to sign off it!

Being handed a project where commitments have been made for all key constraints to stakeholders before the PM and team has had a chance to validate whether those are realistic.
