Hi - I'm getting back into project schedule management work after having been away from it for about a decade. I am hoping this question doesn't cross any lines as I'm not looking to endorse anything and not looking for any sales calls, but as I look to get up to speed on current trends in the tools....What project schedule management tools (ex. MS Project, Oracle Primavera, etc.) is everyone using? Saving Changes...

In the USA MS Project and P6 are still most popular.
There are good tools popular in other countries.

It really depends on a lot of factors like the project size, delivery approach such as predictive vs. agile, and the nature of the thing being developed.
For the more traditional type schedules, MS Project is probably the most common for a moderate level of complexity, with Primavera better for the largest of projects but at a much higher cost. There are a lot of options for smaller teams, or tailored to specific industries like advertising or construction, or formulated around different approaches like Kanban or Scrum with built-in templates.
Sometimes it's a matter of what everyone else is using for commonality, licensing fees, etc. I will often start out making network diagrams in Visio or even PowerPoint, or Gantt type schedules using Excel or Milestones when roughing out a schedule before migrating to a more capable tool, or whatever the organizational standard.
