Hola, de acuerdo con usted pues considero que la importancia de conocer a la empresa es grande, así se podrá evaluar de mejor manera lo que el proyecto genera dentro de la empresa, y esto únicamente podrá ser posible como usted lo menciona con el dominio de las partes interesadas, esto ayudara a que se tenga un mayor éxito por inclusión a todas las partes, pues se involucran todos provocando que todos acepten.

Creo que el trabajo en equipo es sumamente importante y que para mi es de los mas importantes ya que de ahí nace el motor para impulsar a que el proyecto se lleve a cabo y se concrete de manera estratégica, compartiendo diferentes habilidades que resultan benéficas para un proyecto en común.

Uno de los dominios de rendimiento que me parece más interesante es el dominio de equipo ya que además de trabajar en conjunto como apoyo, cada uno brinda sus ideas y puntos de vista lo que hace que el proyecto se complemente.

I agree with you, the success of a project is measured by compliance with the scope, time, quality and cost. I think an extra factor is the perception of value that the project can provide, for which the stakeholders are a strategic piece that directly impacts in that perception, identifying and managing different expectations will facilitate the perception of additional value.
