2024 has been quite a ride! Here's my highlight reel:
- A challenging job that builds on 20 years of expertise.
- Earned my PMP certification in Zurich—finally cracked those process charts!
- I started improving my Spanish and French or at least made a plan for it (close enough! 😄).

And, despite it all, kept enough work-life balance to stay sane and keep my dog Chico happy!

This year, I’m proud to share that I earned my PfMP (Portfolio Management Professional) certification and Prosci Change Management certification. Both milestones represent a significant advancement in my career, validating my expertise in portfolio management and organizational change management. These certifications deepened my knowledge and enhanced my ability to drive strategic outcomes and manage change effectively within organizations.
