I work for a large Bank but Organization is hesitant to take quick decision on implementation of Gen AI. How can we make these organizations to overcome the fear? Is there any use case of Gen AI implemented fully in any Financial Industry

"Fully" is unlikely in any large bank, but all large banks are exploring use of Gen AI to lesser or greater extents. Here is just one story from today about this: https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/rbc-...-864623142.html

The keys for financial services companies is to ensure that data remains secure so they would not use publicly hosted LLMs but would look at setting up ones within their own data centers.

I could say: call to my actual work place...hehe. I am working in the number 1 company in the world which is on top of the use of AI internally and in our clients. And we have lot of practical implementations including it bank and finance. I am on charge of all related to a key component when you try to implement generative AI: Responsible AI. Let me say: it is a headache. And there are lot of reasons for that. Free courses delivered for the PMI covered that almost well. So, Keshava Chandraiah take a closer look to all related to Responsible AI because you will find there your answers.

You’re right — a lot of banks hesitate because of Infosec, compliance, and data-security worries around GenAI. What’s helping some teams move forward is using “Safe AI” setups where sensitive data is anonymized before the model ever sees it. Tools like Questa-AI do this well, letting teams test GenAI on financial data without exposing customer information. Starting with anonymized, low-risk use cases is helping many banks build confidence and reduce the fear around GenAI adoption.
