How to carry out refined time management

linkedin twitter facebook   Schedule Management
Now let's think about a question, how to maximize the closeness of project matters? I have tried many methods, but none of them have been satisfactory. I would like to ask if anyone has any good methods and specific practices?

Xia, there are several lenses you can look at in "Maximizing project closeness"
1. stakeholder lens: as Pavan states, improving communication and collaboration
2. strategy: permanent alignment with potentially shifting strategy, strategic fit
3. scope: clear boundaries of the project, be aware of and control changes
4. philosophic: Western inward focus, reductionism vs Chinese context view and systems thinking

Thomas Walenta I really like how you’ve broken it down into different angles—stakeholders, strategy, scope, and mindset. It gives a clear way to think about project closeness.
