Colleagues, I'm curious to hear how you promote the PMBOK project management principles in your projects, and with whom. Personally, I think it's a good idea to share them at least with the project team. I even believe mentioning one principle at the start of each daily stand-up meeting could be very effective.

But I'm wondering, what specific methods or tools do you use to promote these principles?

I work in strategic projects, and we try to keep the PMBOK principles practical and visible. We bring them up during kickoffs, and sometimes highlight one during retros or key meetings especially when we’re tailoring approaches or making decisions.

I’ve found it really helpful to map principles like value delivery or stakeholder engagement directly to project goals and behaviors it helps the team connect theory with action. Visuals and short check-ins go a long way too.
