We’re going to be implementing Asana at the organization level soon. For anyone who’s led an Asana organizational implementation,  Please share any “I wish I would have”… thoughts. Our org size is small, about 120 employees. Thanks!

We are a few months into migrating to Asana as our main PM tool. Most of the new users are using a PM tool for the first time (they are not project managers). It's an easy tool to get to grips with the basics and the modern, bright UI helps with adoption. We are primarily using it for internal finance, operations and product management projects.

It would be interesting to learn a bit more about your scenario. Are you replacing an existing tool? Who are your users? What type of projects are involved?
