I'm having the same issue. It's surprising this hasn't been resolved yet, as I feel it should be a priority. I'd like to have the book read aloud, for auditory learning and Adobe has a very accurate read aloud feature. I'm able to access it from a computer, but not my mobile device. It would be really helpful to have chapters resd aloud while on commute etc and pretty frustrating not to be able to do this especially with the amount of money spent on the membership.

Kiron Bondale: Seems like there is an issue with PMI system authorization. When I open the guides through Acrobat, they open without requesting password, but when I open them through Bluebeam (similar to Acrobat), it says this file is password protected, and every time I enter my PMI password, it says password is incorrect.
I used Acrobat Pro to open the file and it opened without requiring a pwd. It does seem like PMI's authorization system is not working, as I clearly can sign into my PMI account no problem, yet that password does not work on the .pdf.

I would just like to point out that it is JULY and this is still an issue. I've been told to just redownload it every time. Here is what actually worked for me - some mentioned the solution but I misunderstood it as a new download process. It's not-  when your password suddenly doesn't work for the pdf, reopen it in Chrome from your computer, not from the website as a new download. I use preview to write notes and highlights so I needed my old copy. Print that as a pdf. Make sure your security settings do not have passwords turned on. Crossing my fingers this is a long term solution. Thank you to all recommending Chrome.

I was expecting that someone from PMI Customer Service would have replied to us by now and explain the issue and solution to it.
