Updates to the overall security policy, internal vetting and approval of specific platforms and tools, and training for all staff covering common do's and don'ts are a few ways to address this.

I am on charge of this type of initiatives working in the largest consulting firm in the world which is leading, at this time, all related to the use of generative AI. This type of things are under the "umbrella" called Responsible AI. Believe me, it is a mess. While I am working with AI in research and practical application from 1989 the new model of generative AI published in 2017 created a break in all related to AI. So, when organizations will start a new initiative using generative AI is they do not take into account all related to Responsable AI then they are in a big problem. Doing that they are accelerating the journey to fail.

Thank you for your insightful comment Sergio. Is Responsible AI related to Ethical computing? Do you use any regulations or guidelines in your company? Are there any guiding documents to help us steer companies in the right direction? There is so much fear but I'm not finding a lot of answers.
