I'm hoping you might be able to clarify. Are you looking for PMO resources on projectmanagement.com?
If so, there is an excellent practice area for the PMO with plenty of great reading material to get you started. I've included the link for your convenience: http://www.projectmanagement.com/practices/PMO/
Please let me know if this answers your question.
Thanks, and enjoy!

Hi Martin,
I would like to suggest a website: www.pmotools.org.
You will find a very interesting model to prioritize the PMO functions based on the benefits expected by the PMO clients.
It is named PMO MIX MANAGER.
Let me know if you like it.
I wish you success! Saving Changes...

Create a PMO Charter - that you can share with your supervisor would be an excellent start so that both of you would know the journey that you are going to undertake.
