Assuming you are referring at the start of any project, then you can review lessons learned at the start of each project by:
- Checking the repository or past project notes.
- Holding a short team discussion on what worked and what didn’t.
- Turning those lessons into actions in your new plan (risks, processes, agreements).
This way, lessons aren’t just documents but also real inputs for better planning.
