How can someone start volunteering at PMI without any prior volunteer experience?

Pham -

You can start volunteering with PMI either at the Chapter or global HQ levels without prior voluntary experience but that might reduce the scope of the possible projects you get involved with. My suggestion would be to contact your local Chapter and see what opportunities there are to get involved there, do a few engagements with them and then broaden your horizons.
