Consider output from AI as initial draft or placeholder and ensure the team validates and refines before being accepted and utilised.

En mi experiencia liderando procesos de transformación digital y desarrollando la metodología GC-EAGER™ (Growth-Centered EAGER™), he comprobado que el verdadero riesgo no es que la Inteligencia Artificial reemplace a las personas, sino que las organizaciones intenten reemplazar el criterio humano con automatización.
Agile nació para generar valor mediante equipos empoderados, aprendizaje continuo y adaptación constante. La IA fortalece estos principios cuando actúa como un acelerador de capacidades, no como un sustituto de la inteligencia colectiva.
En GC-EAGERâ„¢ integramos la IA en cinco dimensiones:
Estrategia: analiza información, identifica patrones y apoya la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia.
Agilidad Adaptativa: acelera la experimentación, el refinamiento del backlog y el aprendizaje iterativo.
Gobernanza: mejora la trazabilidad, la gestión del conocimiento y la transparencia organizacional.
Ejecución: optimiza la planificación, el seguimiento y la generación de información para los stakeholders.
Resultados Sostenibles: fortalece la mejora continua mediante retrospectivas inteligentes y lecciones aprendidas impulsadas por IA.
Sin embargo, existe un principio que nunca negociamos
La IA propone. Las personas deciden. El propósito organiza la acción.
Los modelos pueden generar respuestas en segundos, pero no poseen contexto organizacional, inteligencia emocional, ética ni responsabilidad sobre los resultados. Esas siguen siendo competencias del líder, del Product Owner, del Scrum Master y del equipo.
Por ello considero que el siguiente paso para Agile no consiste en automatizar ceremonias, sino en evolucionar hacia un modelo de Human + AI Leadership, donde la inteligencia artificial amplifique el pensamiento estratégico, la colaboración y la creación de valor, preservando siempre el liderazgo humano.

I will use AI to handle repetitive or straightforward tasks that do not require deep analysis. This allows for faster turnaround while freeing up time to focus on high-impact work that requires careful judgment and attention to detail.
