Agile values people and collaboration over processes and tools.

How do you ensure that AI strengthens teamwork instead of taking it away?

Ai can never be a replacement because it is a support and change initiative that still needs human to take decisions.

AI should help us, not replace us.
Use AI to write drafts, summarize notes, and suggest ideas.
However, the human team must make the final choices on estimates, priorities, and retrospectives.
Treat AI's answers as a draft guide that requires further research and verify it's accuracy and factual..

We still need to talk to each other, work together, and share responsibility. Let AI handle the heavy research, analysis and and run certain agentic tasks, so we can leverage the speed of AI and human judgment. Thanks

I believe AI should support agile teams by providing insights, identifying patterns, and reducing repetitive work, while humans remain responsible for decisions and collaboration. Using AI as a partner can help teams learn faster, improve communication, and focus more on delivering value to customers.

Use AI to handle repetitive administrative tasks so team members have more time for face-to-face collaboration and decision-making. For example, let AI automatically draft initial user stories from user feedback, while the team meets to discuss, refine, and estimate them together.
