Treat your job search like a project - loved this session! It really showed me that the job search process doesn’t have to be rigid you can infuse your personality into it and make it your own to stand out!!!!

Mike Griffith’s session was, as always, awesome. His session on using AI with SME-first thinking included several frameworks that I’ll start applying Monday including “blue square, red border”

Its growing and changing by the day. I went to a similar session where they talked about Ai in PMOs and they mentioned where Ai is expected to advance and what to be aware of as it advances.

The keynote speaker on Radical Candor was memorable. Helpful reminder to think about how important it is to have the difficult conversations.
It was great to hear her keynote and hear about a different way to get feedback that you dont have to dread.

Difficult conversations are valuable for growth. We grow when things are uncomfortable. I appreciated her insights.
