Agile Project Management and AI

Join @Nasim Choroumi as she explores use of AI and AI-augmented in Agile Project Management. Let’s discover how AI can help an agile lead.

Artificial Intelligence is enhancing Agile practices by providing real-time insights, predictive forecasting, and smarter backlog and sprint management. AI helps Agile teams identify delivery risks earlier, optimize team capacity, and improve decision-making without compromising Agile values. Rather than replacing collaboration and adaptability, AI strengthens them by reducing uncertainty and administrative effort. As Agile teams increasingly rely on data-driven insights, the key discussion becomes: How can organizations integrate AI into Agile ways of working while preserving autonomy, trust, and continuous learning?

Thanks, Nasim!

For clarity, I am highlighting the question that you bring forward in your post for fellow community members so that they can contribute to the discussion:

How can organizations integrate AI into Agile ways of working while preserving autonomy, trust, and continuous learning?

Great question, @Laura ! This is what we are trying to respond in most of the webinars. Technically speaking, AIs responses, feedbacks, are all based on what they have been fed (dataset). We are currently using GenAI based on 4S's (Searching, Snippets (Creating), Suggesting, Summarizing) as discussed by Dr. A Brown. The best advice I can give is to integrate AI into Agile frameworks without sacrificing team culture, treat AI as an empowering team member rather than an automated supervisor.
