To kickstart 2026, I completed a course in deep learning.

Now I’m curious about everyone else here:

What does your life project look like in 2026?

Are you learning a new skill, changing careers, building a business, focusing on health, or reinventing yourself?

What’s the first concrete step you have taken, or plan to take?

Big or small, finished or just beginning, feel free to share your stories. Sometimes seeing how others start is exactly the motivation we all need. =)

For 2026, my life project is focused on consolidating my business and strengthening my learning community. The first concrete step I have already taken was to launch new content and mentoring spaces, with the idea of inspiring and accompanying others on their own path of transformation.

Well, Danny, my life is not a project but a program.

It has no known time limit, nor any end goal (and if it had, it would be the grave), which are key characteristics of any project.

But in my life, I continuously try to make progress, increase benefits (primarily to myself), and I run a portfolio of projects (with goals) and programs (open-ended, but adding value).

My current active programs include working on a doctoral thesis, fighting cancer, and continuing to support individuals by mentoring. As projects, I ponder some speaking engagements and papers about project/program mgmt.

Thomas - your reply was spot on, Life is not a single project but a very large program with many possibilities. I am sure you will be successful in fighting cancer and with all of your other life plans. Wishing you all the best.

For 2026, my main focus is balance. I always make time for health, and soon I’ll undergo a surgery. It’s nothing serious, but when it comes to health, I don’t compromise on priorities.
On the learning side, I’m preparing for the CPMAI certification and I already have my next goal lined up after that. Professionally, I want to keep growing in my current role while also investing in my personal projects. It’s not easy to do both, but little by little, it’s moving forward, and that’s what matters to me this year.

Fully aligned with Thomas: life is a program, where we navigate through multiple roles—self, love & friendship, education, professional life, health, financial growth, spirituality growth, ....

As a strong believer in life design—and in living with the end in mind (the only certain arrival point)—I truly appreciate your questions. For me, 2026 is about consolidation and expansion. I’ll be celebrating my 7th year of professional activity, continuing to grow knowledge, skills and network, while learning new coaching skills, deepening my Italian, and improving communication and public speaking.

Above all, my priorities remain clear: family and health.

Thomas, thank you for your openness. We’ll be thinking of you, and sending you our thoughts and support.
