Hi,

I had passed PMP in May 2021 and after that I had submitted 65 PDU's and renewed my certification till 2024. Later on I had again submitted the PDU's and I do have a valid certificate until 2027 now. My dashboard shows PDU renewal date as May 2027 and I am reporting PDUs regularly. With the status shown on my certificate, I am seeing the certificate is expired in Credly badge. I already reached out to both the customer support and not getting any response. Has anyone experienced similar issue? If yes, how was it resolved? TIA

I have used PMI Customer support, and they are always attentive, professional, and helpful in resolving inquiries and concerns. These are some contacts you can use to reach them:

[email protected]
[email protected]
https://www.pmi.org/about/contact

You should explain in detail the problem you have, and surely PMI will contact Credly to ask about the badge status updates, so you can have your Credly PMP badge displayed correctly.

This happens from time to time due to some glitches between both systems but the Badges team as advised by Kimberly, should be able to sort it out for you within 48 hours.

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue.
I earned my PMI certification in June last year, and today I received an email from Credly stating that my badge has been revoked with the reason: "Certification Opt Out."
However, when I log into my PMI account, my certification status still shows as "In Good Standing."
should i be concerned ? thank you for you answer

As long as your credential is valid on PMIs website, then its not concerning but for the badge. contact [email protected] and they will hopefully resolve it.
