Do you manage multiple projects? If so how many at the same time, and are these large or small? Are these part of the same project portfolio? What project management methodology do you use for these projects?

I actually manage multiple projects at multiple clients. That is only possible because of the team assembly expertise. It is the result of a well-defined team for each project, aligned with the onboarding time and capacitation. When size, competency, and timing align, the result is the capacity for multiple-project management.

I manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within an enterprise program environment, typically overseeing 5 to 8 active projects that are aligned with various strategic mandates under a broader transformation portfolio. These projects range from large capital modernization programs to digital, AI, and integration initiatives. While they are interconnected, each project operates under its own governance and funding structures, all with centralized Project Management Office (PMO) oversight. I employ a hybrid methodology that combines predictive controls for capital planning and compliance with agile delivery for technology and analytics work, ensuring a balance of discipline and adaptability at scale.

I've managed multiple projects simultaneously, usually between 2 to 6, depending on size and complexity. They’re typically part of the same portfolio, which helps with prioritization and resource alignment.
I use a hybrid approach: Agile for delivery execution and traditional governance for reporting and portfolio oversight.

Yes, I manage multiple projects simultaneously, mostly small to medium-sized, within the same portfolio. I use a mix of Agile and hybrid methodologies depending on project requirements.
