I’ve recently been using PMI Infinity Agents to support structured project governance artifacts such as Project Charters, Risk Plans, NFRs, and RACI matrices for an infrastructure initiative.

Overall, the experience has been very positive — especially in accelerating document structure and improving alignment before sponsor review.

One interesting observation: my first output was generated using a Spanish template format, even though my prompt was in English. It was easy to refine, but it made me curious about how template selection works within the system.

I’d be interested to hear from fellow PMI members:

  1. Are you using PMI Infinity Agents for formal governance artifacts, or mainly for drafting support?
  2. Have you experienced template or formatting variations in early outputs, and how did you handle them?

Looking forward to learning from the community’s experiences.

I’ve used PMI Infinity Agents mainly for drafting governance documents like Risk Plans and RACI matrices. Template variations do appear sometimes, but reviewing and refining outputs before finalizing ensures alignment. Overall, it’s a great tool for saving time and improving consistency.
