PMINUC just concluded it's annual PDC. V Lee Hanson (AgileDad) led a high-energy session and had spent a couple days at a Florida chapter PDC at the beginning of the week. A representative from PMI spoke on M.O.R.E.. The part I appreciated the most was when he acknowledged the organizational constraints that project managers can face when attempting to implement M.O.R.E. Danielle Smithen spoke on business acumen, providing practical examples - an area that is often lacking in detail when M.O.R.E. is discussed. Of course, I also have to give a shout out to Mayte Mata Sivera for her presentation on stakeholder engagement.

If you've been to a conference recently, what was your favorite part?

Aaron Porter - Thank you for the shout out!
I really enjoyed PMI Northern Utah Chapter Professional Development Conference; it was hard to select a room to learn from the speakers. I really enjoyed Ian keynote about M.O.R.E, as he was able to relate to Utah reality. My favorite part of all conference is how easy is to get my PDU's and the food...just kidding! I really enjoyed catching up with old friends and making new connections.
