One thing that has worked well for me as a project manager is consistently recognizing team members’ efforts and achievements. I make sure the entire team, relevant managers and stakeholders are aware of their contributions and successes. This recognition helps motivate employees, boosts team morale, and encourages a high-performing work culture.
It also creates opportunities for team members to receive promotions, salary increases and appreciation from clients. As a result, employees feel valued and become more engaged in their career growth and project success.
