Make yourself always available in the job market and keep moving when you find something better, and allow you to learn more. If you need a paycheck for a living, then learn other skills that are in high demand in the market. Something like a certified plumber or electrician should allow you to keep a decent cash flow for you and your family while you are hunting for another PM job.
