Santosh, I hold a wide range of professional certifications, and each has added value in a different way throughout my career.

If I had to highlight the ones that have delivered the greatest real-world impact, they would be PMP, PgMP, CBAP, PfMP, CSPP, CPMAI, PMI-PMOCP, and PRINCE2.

Rather than viewing them as competing certifications, I see them as complementary. Each strengthened a different aspect of my expertise from project management, program and portfolio management, business analysis, cybersecurity, AI, agile practices, and governance.

For someone just starting out, I would recommend choosing a certification that aligns with your current role and long-term career goals, rather than simply pursuing the most popular credential. The greatest value comes from applying what you learn in real-world situations.

While I do not have as many certifications as Rami does, I agree with his point of view that each of these certifications adds value to your career. I have PMP and LSS Black Belt certifications, and these compliment each other while each providing specific advantages, depending on the job role that I am performing.
