I would like to learn from experienced project professionals.

Every project faces challenges, but some important issues still seem to receive very little attention.

In your opinion, which project management challenge deserves much more attention, and why?

If this challenge were solved, how would it improve projects or organizations?

I see the biggest challenges as 1) culture and 2) our inspirations and role models for culture.
These deserve much more attention because fixing culture would improve project success rates. Improving workplace culture raises confidence in investments, innovation, and hiring.

Shrugging at culture allows trustworthiness to erode. A culture of low trustworthiness keeps project success rates unimpressive. Low trustworthiness justifies avoiding investments, innovation, and hiring.

Tolerate untrustworthiness, then tolerate poor cultures and a poor job market.
Confront untrustworthiness, confront poor cultures, and improve the job market.
