Will there still be troubled projects after we implement AI?

AI is going to be (if not already) a tool that we use to help us manage projects. However, I think we will still have "troubled" projects where we miss deadlines. While AI will make us smarter - i do not see it eliminating all of the problems that we encounter as project managers. Weather will still force delays for construction activities; vendors who miss delivery dates will impact our project schedules, and coding issues will continue to impact software development.

Is there a way that we can harness the power of AI to help eliminate these recurring issues?
