Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming organisations and, unavoidably, is used in the hiring process. From resume screening and skill assessments to behavioural analysis and culture fit evaluations, AI promises speed, consistency, and efficiency. I never had a checklist or a set of questions. I had an opinion after the first 5 minutes, and time proved that I made the right decision. Most graduates had a notable contribution to the organisation’s success, and they had a successful career. This blog post explores the ethical landscape of AI-driven hiring.
