Where has AI actually failed you in project management?

We've all read plenty about AI's wins: the summaries, the drafts, the time saved. I'm curious about the other side: a specific moment where you tried using AI (generative AI or any other tool) for a real PM task, and it just didn't work. Not "AI is overhyped" in general, but a concrete example: what you tried to use it for, and where it broke down badly enough that you had to fall back on your own judgment.
