Bringing PM topics to colleagues

My company is looking to offer a quarterly continuing education course or training on various PM topics. The goal of the training is to elevate the skills of the project managers, and other team members. The Project Managers in my company act more like Construction Managers, and often lack adequate time to do Project Management (high level reviews, outlook planning, finances, etc.).

Does anyone have a recommendation of courses that we could take as a group that would address any of the following:

1. Executive Functioning
2. The Importance of your role in a cross-functional team
3. PM Basics
4. Project Finances and Accounting
5. etc.

We're looking to have in person classes if possible - in Philadelphia, PA.
