A Balanced Scorecard improves business performance and reporting by connecting strategy to measurable objectives and KPIs across four perspectives: Financial, Customer, Internal Processes, and Learning & Growth. Like many traditional tools, the balanced scorecard can be adapted to serve Agile. There are two challenges:
1) it requires knowledge and experience to be set up and used
2) it requires a healthy organisational culture, where transparency doesn't lead to blame and punishment
