What Do AI Team Collaboration Platforms Need to Support?

AI agents are moving beyond simple assistants and starting to take responsibility for actual project work. But once several agents are involved, I think the bigger challenge becomes collaboration.

For a project team, I’d want a platform where:

  1. Humans and AI agents can both be assigned tasks
  2. Each agent has clear responsibilities
  3. Agents can work on different tasks in parallel
  4. Project context is shared across the team
  5. Progress and results remain visible
  6. Humans stay responsible for review and key decisions

I’ve been exploring Sharkly.ai, which takes this approach by bringing human teammates and AI agents into the same project workflow.

I’m curious how other project managers are handling this today.

Are you using AI agents individually, or are you already looking at AI team collaboration platforms to coordinate multiple agents?

I see where one young boy has just passed 500 hours sitting in a treetop. There is a good deal of discussion as to what to do with a civilization that produces prodigies like that. Wouldn't it be a good idea to take his ladder away from him and leave him up there?
