As a project manager, you are asked to transition an existing project from a Waterfall model to Agile. I am considering using Scrum and would start by working with the BA, architect, developers and testers to prioritize requirements, build a backlog, identify what can be delivered in sprints and create a roadmap to share with stakeholders and management.
One challenge is that some impacted/dependent teams may still be working in Waterfall, particularly if they are already committed to a release. This could create dependencies and challenges around timelines and handoffs.
