I understand that as Project Managers we need to pay attention to the details of our projects. According to Charles Swindoll, American Pastor and Author, "The Different between something good and something great is attention to detail".
How do we ensure that we have the right level of detail in our projects? For example, how can we ensure that the engineer's drawings are correct, or the programmer's test cases as complete?
In the financial industry audits are commonplace, do these have a place in project management?
