Insurance claim templates

Hello fellow project managers. My organization is navigating an insurance claim for loss of property and revenue becuse of a wildfire on our property this summer. Does anyone happen to have a good claim/expense/ordering/receiving/cost spreadsheet that they have used in the past nd would be willing to share? The sheer volume of items in our claim is becoming hard to organize so any insight welcome. Thanks all!
