After Pierre Le Manh: What Comes Next for the Profession?

With Pierre Le Manh stepping down as President & CEO of PMI, three questions seem particularly important for what comes next:

Will PMI continue the shift from Project Management Success to Project Success?

Will the Project Manager continue to give way to the much broader concept of the Project Professional?

Will PMI build the architecture of authority, decision rights, and governance needed to support the accountability that M.O.R.E. places on project professionals?

These are not simply questions about M.O.R.E.

They are questions about the direction of the profession.

I would be very interested to hear how others in the project management community see what comes next.
