First of all, thanks for using "Gen AI" instead of AI. I can write a lot about it but to start with the simple thing: do not use public tools to expose your organization data. I mean, you have to use any tool but approved for your organization. Example: in my actual work place we have corporate agreements with Anthropic, Google (for Gemini), Microsoft (for Copilot). Then we are not able to use ChatGPT because it is for OpenAI
